Cost
The people or person cooking the meal will be reimbursed up to US$20 per attender for the cost of food and beverages. We don't anticipate it being that high every month, but it gives a bit of elbow room.

Frequency
Every 3rd-Saturday-of-the-month. Whoever's cooking will get their planned menu out by 10 days before (or earlier, if possible) so that anyone who has concerns can sound off. People should firm-RSVP yea or nay by 1 week before the event. (We talked about really wanting this to be a regular thing, and hoping that folks would try and keep from bailing out a lot.)

Occasional Potlucks
While cooking a whole meal can be a really cool endeavor, occasionally doing a potluck will help keep things from getting oppressive.

Spice Levels
Evelyn feels that her spice tolerance is somewhat lower than others'.

Food Preferences and Allergies
(labelled "Can't" if they're things that might cause medical repercussions and "Won't" if they're strong preferences.) We all seemed to agree that this list didn't mean that we could never cook any dishes that included any of these items -- it just means that we'll need to make sure that there's enough various dishes at any given dinner that everyone feels like they're taken care of.

Some of these are "okay in moderation," and some aren't. This was one of the driving reasons for wanting people to post their menus 10 days before.
