The fingers and brain are much better now, thank you

Going back to Dvorak took about 2 days of retraining and felt like getting in my own car after driving a friend’s rattle-trap with a failing clutch for a week. Relief, fluidity of language, and a healthy respect for ingrained habits all came back in a rush.

Side note: the one downside to having a pitcher of chai-spiced milk in the fridge is the urge to make a large pot of black tea and then drink several cups of it (2 or 3:1 ratio of tea:milk), resulting in a glooorious early morning caffeine ride followed by the inevitable late-morning crash, which will require (you guessed it) another cup of the same stuff. A vicious cycle which smells of allspice and provides some good mental momentum for essay writing, you betcha.
