Dinner of champeens
- Kate-made guacamole on toasted tortilla chips (awesome)
- just-barely-cooked brussels sprouts with mustard butter (Kate won't try them, so all of these little green jewels are mine, mine! I tell you.)
- glass of Riesling
- Friday night
- nothing else.

It’s our pleasure. But did you make any guac for us? On a similar note, Marnie wishes to thank you for inspiring her on brussels sprouts. She made them for Thanksgiving, and they went over well.
