Joachim brought some sushi fish up this past weekend, as we were planning to do a big gang sushi feed. Never happened, so Kate and I made up a bunch of sushi ourselves, Monday night. We’re getting marginally better at maki (disregard the scrap rolls on top), and our first-time nigiri … well, they all tasted great. Salmon, tuna, and tuna belly.
